One pack of NRG-5® (250g / 1620 kJ) covers the daily energy requirements of an adult. Ready to eat, no heating or cooking required. Suitable for children from 6 months onward. If the compressed bars are crushed and water is added, a nutritious porridge can be prepared, or depending on the amount of water added, an energy drink can be made.
